Deneweth, Vittiglio & Sassak, P.C. is pleased to have obtained another arbitration award in favor of one of its clients.  Matthew C. Herstein handled the arbitration, which resulted in the client being awarded a six-figure arbitration award, plus a significant amount to recover a majority of the client’s legal fees.  In this case, our firm was able to prevail on behalf of the construction contractor over the owner’s attempts to avoid payment.  Our firm is delighted to see justice for our clients.
